The Omniwash range of pass through dishwashers includes four models: three single tank machines and one twin tank machine.
Select your Omniwash pass through machine to suit the amount of ware that you need to wash: Forty, Sixty or One Hundred and Twenty racks per hour.
Using the Twin tank dishwasher the level of performance is normally only available from a rack conveyor type of machine. However the 124P can achieve this without the capital outlay of a rack conveyor, and in a much smaller space. High performance, low cost, small space!
Each Omniwash pass through machine uses a powerful wash pump manufactured by the IME Group. 1HP on the 6 1P, and 2 x 1HP on the 6 2P and 6 2P/S. This delivers a huge 840 Liters of wash water onto the ware every minute. The 124P includes 4 x 1HP pumps. The top wash arm starts first to pin down any breakable or light items. This is followed a few seconds later by the lower wash arm to complete the washing action. The pass through range offers a choice of wash cycles, depending on the degree of soiling on the plates. A choice of two cycles on the 6 1P and 6 2P/S, and three cycles on the 6 2P and 124P. Starting the cycle is as easy as lowering the hood, automatically starting the washing and rinsing sequence.
For consistent rinse pressure when the incoming water pressure is low, or fluctuates – the ABS System should be chosen. This is standard on the 124P, and optional on the 6 1P and 6 2P/S. The ABS system includes a rinse booster pump, so ensuring that the final rinse water is at a constant pressure to guarantee rinsing results and consistent sanitation levels. In addition, the ABS System contains a Type A air gap for water security. This may be required by some water authorities. A complete line designed to streamline the process of cleaning in large kitchens and dining spaces that need dishwashing machines that can work quickly and efficiently.
