2. Types of data collected
This website may collect, either independently or through third parties:
Identification and contact data (name, surname, email, phone number) voluntarily provided via contact or request forms;
Browsing data (IP addresses, access date and time, requested URLs, browser type, operating system) automatically collected for security and statistical purposes;
Cookies and tracking tools, as described in the Cookie Policy.
Providing personal data is optional, but necessary in order to process any requests submitted through the website.
3. Purposes and legal basis for processing
Personal data are processed for the following purposes:
a) Responding to user requests sent through the website (legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures – Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR);
b) Fulfilling legal or tax obligations arising from contractual relationships (Art. 6 (1)(c) GDPR);
c) Sending promotional or marketing communications about Studio 54’s services, only with the user’s explicit consent (Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR);
d) Website security and maintenance (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest of the Controller).
4. Processing methods
Data are processed using both electronic and paper-based tools, in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, fairness, and transparency, and with appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure confidentiality and integrity.
5. Data retention period
Contact data: retained for the time necessary to reply, and in any case no longer than 24 months.
Browsing data: retained for 7 days (except where required for judicial investigation).
Marketing data: retained until withdrawal of consent.
6. Data recipients
Personal data may be disclosed to:
technical and IT service providers (hosting, email, or web management);
consultants or professionals assisting Studio 54;
public authorities where required by law.
Data will not be disseminated or transferred outside the EU, unless to suppliers offering adequate guarantees of compliance with the GDPR (e.g. through standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions).
7. Data subject rights
At any time, users may exercise the rights provided under Articles 15–22 of the GDPR, namely:
obtain confirmation that data exist and access them;
request rectification or erasure;
request restriction of or object to processing;
request data portability;
withdraw consent (without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawal).
